For photographers, a job they are used to traveling and being around people for, our job became nearly extinct. Yet, most artist found a way to continue to create during this time. It became more necessary to create than ever. In recent weeks, I’ve begun to receive beautiful pieces and series of art created during the lockdowns from all over the world. Thus, the Covid Creations section of this magazine begins. This will high light work from artists who felt the innate need to continue with their work, to make something beautiful out of such a difficult year.
